By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our <a href=\"\/index.php\/refund-policy\/\">Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/a> and our <a href=\"\/index.php\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> form part of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Who can buy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms.<\/li>\n<li>We currently sell and deliver within India only.<\/li>\n<li>You agree to give accurate details when you order, including your name, delivery address and contact information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Most of our products are made to order. Production and delivery times shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees.<\/li>\n<li>Product photographs and renders are for illustration. Because items are 3D-printed, the item you receive may differ slightly in colour, finish and texture, within the limits described in our Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy.<\/li>\n<li>Product descriptions state whether an item is a standard item, a personalised item or a digital product. Different cancellation and refund rules apply to each.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.<\/li>\n<li>Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.<\/li>\n<li>If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.<\/li>\n<li>We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, without giving a reason. If we do, we refund 100% of what you paid, as set out in our Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations, defects, claims and refunds are handled under our Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Personalised orders and content you supply<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you upload a photograph, text, logo or any other content for a personalised item, you confirm that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you own it or have permission to use it, and our making the item for you will not infringe anyone&#8217;s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;<\/li>\n<li>it is not unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful or otherwise objectionable; and<\/li>\n<li>you have checked the spelling, wording, image and details before ordering. We reproduce the content as supplied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to use it only to make, check and deliver your order, to handle any claim about it, and to remake or reorder the item for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you opt in to a product photography offer, you also allow us to photograph the finished item and publish those photographs, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may refuse any content at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are solely responsible for the content you supply. We are not liable for any claim that the content, or an item made from it, infringes anyone&#8217;s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. You agree to indemnify us against any such claim, including any losses, damages, costs and reasonable legal fees we incur as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Product photography offer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From time to time, at our discretion, we may offer a store credit if you allow us to photograph and publish the item we make for you. The offer may apply to all products or only to selected products. It may be made at checkout or through an invitation included with your delivered item. We may start, change or end the offer at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders already placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The credit is issued after we have photographed your item and received your permission, as a single-use code sent to the email address on your order.<\/li>\n<li>The code can be used only once, only by you (it is tied to your email address), and only on a future order. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or combined with another photography credit.<\/li>\n<li>Unless stated otherwise when it is issued, the code expires 6 months after issue.<\/li>\n<li>If you withdraw your permission before the credit is issued, no credit is given. If you withdraw it afterwards, you keep the credit and we remove the photographs as described in our Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Our designs and digital products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Site and its content, including our designs, 3D models, images, text and branding, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.<\/li>\n<li>When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and use it for your own non-commercial purposes, including printing it for yourself. You may not share, resell, redistribute or upload the file, or items printed from it for sale, unless the product description says otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>Buying a physical item does not give you any rights in its design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We deliver to addresses in India through third-party couriers. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk in a physical item passes to you on delivery. Please record an uncut unboxing video when you open your package: our Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy requires one for any damage or defect claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delivery times are estimates.<\/strong> Once we hand your order to the courier, its delivery is in the courier&#8217;s hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by events outside our control, and a delay alone does not entitle you to a refund, compensation or cancellation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We will help.<\/strong> If your delivery is delayed, contact us and we will share the tracking details, follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lost parcels.<\/strong> If the courier confirms that a parcel has been lost before delivery, we will remake and resend the order or refund it in full, at our choice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery details.<\/strong> We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number, or by no one being available to receive the parcel. Re-shipping in such cases may be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will also share your tracking details with you once your order is dispatched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Your account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused. We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Acceptable use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or copying its content for commercial use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our products are decorative and functional items made by 3D printing. They are not designed or tested for safety-critical, load-bearing, medical, food-contact or child-safety use, and should not be used that way unless the product description says so.<\/li>\n<li>To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.<\/li>\n<li>We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, missed deadlines or events, or costs you incur with third parties.<\/li>\n<li>We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, power or equipment failure, or natural events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Governing law and disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Subject to your rights under consumer law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Changes to these Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Severability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If any part of these Terms, or of any policy that forms part of them, is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain in full effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Contact and grievances<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For questions, complaints or grievances, email <a href=\"mailto:support@automaton.co.in\">support@automaton.co.in<\/a>.
